Not really, just Solenopsis invicta and other invasive Solenopsis that have no buisiness being in California anyways. Its a little surprising that Pogonomyrmex californicus is considered a pest at all, especially when no other Pogonomyrmex species are. Not only is it native, but also a lot less painful and agressive than other Pogonomyrmex species. Clearly shows the list was made by politicians.
Re: Important info on selling ants in California
I read through the whole PDF file, and its pretty funny how there are multiple native species on it, including Liometopum occidentale, Pogonomyrmex californicus, Prenolepis imparis, Lasius neoniger & alienus, Solenopsis aurea, and even the parasitic species Solenopsis amblychila. Another surprise is that Solenopsis molesta and Linepithema humile are not even B-rated! Definitely was not made by people who had a clue about ants.
