1. Can you sell queens with brood but no nanitics
2. What is the minimum and maximum sell price
3. Can you give ants away for free?

1. I think you need to provide them with workers (as a picture with some is required) to prove the queen is fertile.
2. I think it is any price you want to list them as.
3. There is a $10 surcharge, So maybe or maybe not.
