Has any Pogonomyrmex genus been knows to live as far east as Dallas? if so where should I look?

Keeping ants for 6 years now.

Current Species: Camponotus pennsylvanicus, Camponotus decipiens,Camponotus snellingi Solenopsis invicta,Nylanderia sp,Brachmyrmex patagonicus,Pheidole obscurothorax,Pheidole moerens,Pachycondyla harpax

Look in any sort of clearing. Pogos in my area close to Carlsbad, NM, don't like anything near their nest entrance. Fields and dirt lots are likely to have colonies. Their nuptial flights will be going on soon if they're not already. Look the day after any rain for the queens. You can even dig them out of their starting chambers if you know how to spot them since most are semi claustral.
Learn to dance in the rain, because after there are queens to find!
