Have you caught any queens this year? Perhaps you can get one for us. We have 2 test tubes and would like to get started with a brand new Queen. Maybe you can pin an area on google maps where we can start looking.

found 6 pheidole spp. within two days yesterday. It seems they fly on just one to two days.

I found 8 Solenopsis Molesta queens in my bedroom on June 1st, 2020. Have three in test tubes and the rest are in a little dram cup hotel I made, will have more tubes tomorrow! So far one has chewed her wings off.
I’m hoping to find some Camponotus this year as well, have a trail in mind where I saw a good amount of them.

Hi I'm new I have never been a long term ant owner but I recently fell in love with carpenter ants that started living in my home awhile ago but I have never seen a nuptial flight in the area I live let alone some information on the flight times I also tried online but haven't had much luck so far
I live in Bakersfield California can anyone help me out

In Australia, the polyrhachis ants flew at Christmas. Caught 4 queens
keeping:
all my queens died
got a sugar ant colony started
