I saw males flying just the other day. Females will come out when it's in the high 60's, low 70's, the first day that these temperatures are met, is when you should look. They will start flying with females in February, up until April. They fly from late noon to around six. Hope this helps!

I think they might fly soon, I have been seeing males out and it's gonna be 68 degrees on Sunday, where I live.

No one can give you specific answers. There isn't a specific place you go, you just have to wander around and keep your eyes to the ground. With some species you can say " they usually fly early morning" or "they usually fly late evening" but you can't expect an answer like " Starbucks parking lot at 8:42 am."
