When I was walking I came across a camponotus queen she didn't have wings when I found her and she has visible wing scars, I heard that colonies eject alates if they can't hibernate with them, what are the chances this one is fertile and do i have to feed her if she got ejected after pleometrosis, I'm not sure if this species exhibits this, I believe it to be C. Pennsylvanicus. Will she have workers by hibernation, or will she just overwinter larvae? :?:

Yes I did capture her, I currently have her in a test tube setup under a cloth in my garage with all my other founding queens. :P
