TN Tetramorium sp....

So, I live in Tennesse and I have noticed on another forum people in like New Jersey and up that way have been finding Tetramorium queens. Am I to late to find them in my area? I have done some debating and think I would rather keep Tetramorium sp. rather than Solenopsis invicta/richteri due to having 2 young kids. They still are a fast growing species but without the negatives. Any info is greatly appreciated.
As a side note, I have looked the nuptial flight section of the AC book and have the info from Formiculture.com downloaded to my phone.

They will be flying until mid July.
