It just rained a bunch in Phoenix, and i was wondering when nuptial flights will start. Should I go out right after the rain stops Or wait a day? :?: thanks

Some ants will most likely fly tonight. I saw on another forum that there were already Myrmecocystus and Formica flying in California. Wouldn't be surprised if Prenolepis imparis fly too.

You may have luck if you go anting as much as psossible this week

Me being one of them, should have told me about this thread AntLove4Ever. I have a wild ant colony outside my house that I been keeping an eye on. I have seen ants but no queens :/
What should I have told you about?

Seeing as ants are becoming active up north in Indiana, I'd say yes.
