Well its raining today with the temp jumping back up in the 80s tomorrow so I am hoping to get lucky this weekend. Hope all goes well

I found a lasius claviger queen yesterday. I didn't capture it because I've heard that they are impossible to keep because of their social parasitic nature.

Wow, u found all those just 2 days ago. I lil just south of you in TN so maybe I'll get lucky by end of year. What kind of location/area did you find them? They look to be a decent size as well. Great find my friend.
