Caught 9 Pheidole queens, @ 11pm, 1 queen no male alates on my lamp post, 7 queens with 10 males alates in front of a business with LED lighting, 1 queen and around 20 male alates in front of another business with neon sign lighting. Adding those 9 to the 9 I already have!
Can't catch anything during the day time only lure them with light. They are flying keep your eyes open in the evening!

Any large flights recently? I have not seen any. Ooh and I just found a young colony of Camponotus chromaiodes with two workers some brood and a huge queen by peeling up some bark on a rotten log. Coincidentally I was talking too my friend about ant colones at the time!!!(was not even looking for a queen)
