Pennsylvania and Nearby Locations Nuptial Flight Sightings Thread
I got the idea from the Massachusetts thread which seems to be working well, so I thought why not make one for PA and other neighboring states that usually receive the same weather.

With all the things ants can do, you wonder, who rules the planet

5/31/16 looks really good for flights! Heavy rain the day before and then 84 degrees!

I'm hoping for today!!! Perfect day for flights, we will see what the ants "think" ; )AntsRule wrote:6/6/16 looks good for flights Did you catch any more queens lately? I haven't caught a queen since 5/23 if I'm not mistaken. I recently employed the method of UV Blacklight and sheet at night to catch bugs but I saw no queens yet. Mostly beetles (typical), some moths, a few males each time but no queens yet. Tonight I expect to see some though, especially after rain, rain, and then today being 84 degrees! Should be awesome! Good luck to you! Post some pics if you got any of the new Camps!

Is it a good sign to see a colony migrating with a random reproductive flying off here and there?
