Queen#1 (lobster backs)
She has sadly no eggs and has kept her wings. she is showing more infertile/no eggs laying mood behavior (that was for you batspiderfish)
Queen#2 (the red dragons)
She is my FAVORITE queen right now because she has
~15 eggs
Queens#3
slow but sturdy(like the Romans) this queen is slowly growing her brood pile

Camponotus novaeboracensis. Nova Eboraca is Latin for "New York". ;)

Update!!
starting with the sad news i had to release the legionnaires because i found out that they are sadly infertile and with them i released the lobster backs. But on a happy note the red dragons have 15 workers!! with 1 pupae 2 large larvae and about 15 larvae. I think that the larvae can make it before diapause. Any brood after that would have to wait until spring. so really i'm thinking about 30 workers!!! I am sooo happy about this colony since this is the first colony that i have raised from a single queen to above 12 workers!
here are some picks of their colony

Wow. I caught one of those queens a few months back and she died via infertility.
