Tetramorium 2 queens?

So the wife and I were out in the backyard looking for worms to feed a garter snake, when we found a colony of what looks like tetramorium. I spotted the queen quickly and thought it was cool I could catch new queens around my house on there next nuptial flight. That's when I found that the Colony had 3 Queens! It's still a small colony it's under a 2x4. I got crazy and took the 2 queens that weren't by any eggs. Here is a link to a video for proof... I'm hoping I didn't "DOOM" the colony. Please let me know if I should return them...
Thanks...

You must collect workers as well when doing a wild capture, if you dont have workers the queens will die. So either release them or go catch some workers from the same colony,

You should probably go back and get as much of the colony they came from or release them. Mature queens cannot survive without their workers.

My wife and I went out to get the Colony today to find that the Colony they were near weren't the same.. They have 3 or 4 eggs, and I didn't see any other eggs. Do tetramorium multi-queen? Are tetramorium semi-clausteral? Is it possible that I have two queens that are in the founding stage? If possible can someone else view the video and tell me if I miss identified them.

Thanks to anyone willing to help me.

Tetramorium usually doesn't multiqueen. It is tetramorium though. They are fully claustral. You should be able to feed them and they will kinda "start over" The founding stage, but you need to feed them throughout the process since they no longer have fat stores from their wings.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

I will try to separate the queens, and see if they do start over. The one I see with eggs is eating raw honey. The other doesn't move much. Will update! Thanks for the help. .

Ok, I have excellent news! After separating the queens they both are laying eggs. They both are in test tube setups and have a small drop of raw honey. This will make my third colony, I got lucky and found a prenolepis imparis queen.
