JCT Ants - Lasius niger (2015)

My Lasius niger captured in 2015

#1 The colony is nested in a test tube covered in sand.
They are active they drink A lot of sugar water and pre killed crickets.



#2 The colony got true hibernation, and has lost and lots of brood, they are still in a test tube. (I did remove the sand!)
Again they are feeding very good. Pre killed insects & sugar water, looking at the brood this colony is gonna double itself!
