Hi guys, currently it is early summer where I live but I was wondering if anyone knew if Camponotus Turkestanus Hibernate or not, different sites have different answers ?

I must say that it actually is a 50% chance that they do or don't hibernate so I think you should see if there are any changes. I've seen in one of the shops it was noted that they hibernate from november to march so you could actually try to lower the temperature at least a bit during that time. Or you see how it goes with the first year.
There also might be a chance that this species is quite unique and they do hibernate in some regions of the world while they don't hibernate in others. That would explain at least why each webside tells us another story.

Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
