I have recently acquired a Camponotus Turkestanicus Queen and i do not know is she is semi or fully claustral.
Any help is appreciated!

You might want to show us a picture so we can tell you more specific. But I don't think your Camponotus Turkestanicus is semi claustral. You can check some pictures online to see if she looks more like the workers or not.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

Its probably claustral because all the queens from the genus campanotus are claustrall, but to be sure search for campanotus queens images and see how big are their toraxes then compare them to the thorax of your queen.
If you see that is the same size you will now its claustrall if you see that its smaller you might want to give us a picture so we can tell you for sure.
