If you can capture those details (hairs on the antennae and teeth on the mandibles) then sure, go for it! If not, maybe it's something you can interpret on your own with a strong magnifying glass.

Since their nickname is sometimes called Black Garden Ants you could simply go with it! Call your colony the "Black Garden!" Your queen could be "The Black Queen" or something!
