Ant Size Chnage

I believe that my ants are tetramorium, atleast that is what I was told, and the queen looks like a tetramorium. However, wild tetramorium that I have been finding are probably 1.5x bigger than mine. My colony is rather new (25-40 workers), so I am wondering if my colony is Tetramorium at all, and if they are, are the workers going to grow in size?

I keep tetramorium and yes, I know what your talking about. Though maybe not in that extreme. I have seen strong thriving huge colonies in the wild with larger workers than mine, and my first nanitics were very small. maybe the difference was 50%. Now my colony fills a hybrid nest, and you can see a variation of sizes of my workers. I would recommend posting photos for identification.

Maybe it could have been Monomorium Minimum?
