No she isn’t parasitic and she isn’t Prenolepis. Idk what she is since I’m not too familiar with identification.

Could she maybe be on the verge of laying and that’s why her gaster is so bloated?

That could be it, but even when Lasius noeniger queens have bloated gasters, they don't have the shape of your queen's gaster. I think your queen is a different species. I'm surprised no one like Batspiderfish has come on and given an identification. I'm still waiting on identification for queens I just caught also.
