When to move my Camponotus ants into an AntsCanada Hybrid Nest 2.0

I have a Camponotus Modoc. queen ant that I caught in late June of 2017 and it is living in a test tube right now. It has 2 larvae right now and I don't know if they'll hatch before I have to hibernate my queen because the eggs were there about 1 and a half months from today. Since C. Modoc. queens are so large, their eggs take at least 2 months to hatch so should I wait for them to hatch before I hibernate my queen? Also, how many workers should I have before I move the colony into a hybrid nest 2.0 because I can tell that with the queen, only 4 workers will fit in the test tube?

Ants have internal clocks. the brood probably will not develop before hibernation. You should have around 25-50 workers before moving into a nest
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

When do you think I should put the queen in hibernation because the place where I found it has a daily Low of around 30 degrees F.?

Right now. These ants need to be put into hibernation by mid November at a stretch. Studies show that their brood development and production stops in late August to September, until late January or February. Give her until February, preferably longer before taking her out of hibernation. Mine stopped all development by mid September so I put them in right then.

Than you, they've been in since the beginning of November so I think that is close enough.
