Need help with Ponera queen

It is in hibranation but I don’t know what do do whe is in a 5 inch test tube and I haven’t fed her:

As far as I know, most users on this forum are not extremely well acquainted with Ponerine queens but others I know who are are on formiculture.com , another ant forum

Ponera are semi-claustral. You might want to leave a tiny drop of sugary liquid on the cotton to give her a little energy and resume feeding her small, soft-bodied insects after she comes out of hibernation.

There is also 2 small black dots in the tube is that bad?

Unless the mold grows in copious amounts (usually) then it should be fine

One last thing. Do I keep her in a warm place.

yes they do not hibernate very well.

They endure cold conditions in the wild, so no she should not be kept warm.

Also she won’t leave the cotton

Normal. She likes the hydration. Often they lay their eggs on the cotton as well. I agree with batspiderfish. Definitely hibernate if you live in a temperate region.
