Do messor barbarus sting?

Hi i am now going to rase a messor barbarus colony, but i don’t like stinging specis. I have heard that harvester ants are a number 3 on the insect sting pain index. Does that neans the messor barbarus or is it just the Pogonomyrmex badius?

Just saying, a google search could have told you the answer, do this for future questions and come here if it does not give you the answer you need, here's what the first popup on google said: no they do not sting, but the majors can bite (not exactly that) :?
Hibernating: (all)

Parasitic Lasius:2

Founding:
Tetramorium Immigrans:2

Colonies:
Tetramorium Immigrans:1
Formica Spp:3

I'm new to ant keeping so my colonies are all still in test tubes. :roll: :?

Good question though! It's great if you do some homework before posting, but no one wants you to be discouraged from posting any and every question :)
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
