Completely leave the queen alone. Check on her once a week, (it'd better if you can go 2 weeks) The less you disturb her the more likely her colony will be successful.

My suggestion is to not check on them everyday as this my stress your queen but rather if you are anxious to check every couple of days. Also you should go onto the AntsCanada ant channel on Youtube and check out his toutorials on what to do when your first workers arrive.

Yea I just watched them a few minutes ago, and I'm just got here out for now while I make a type of foricarium with sand and I'll stick her under if that's ok.
So she feels less exposed and I can see her.

I'm confused. What do you mean be stick her under the formicarium? You should not mover her into a formicarium until she has at least 25 workers. She should be completely in the dark and tucked away in a place that doesn't get much vibration.

Sorry, I meant under some sand so it's dark and the temptation of looking at her will be minimal, and I found a iridimrmex queen 5 minutes ago hope she will do well :)

I guess you could stick her under some sand... I mean I dont see the point. I would just tuck her away somewhere. ( I always put my queens in my little safe and then put a sticky note on the door saying when I could check on her again)
