Just patience and peeled eyes, my friend.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Also, the lasius queen will hibernate after being caught, so a long journey after you catch her my friend.
Queens only:
Myrmecia Pilosula (6 larvae, 1 pupae)

Early Stage Nests:
x1 Anonychromyrma (15-20 workers)

I am pretty sure Lasius Neoniger nuptial flights are finished. Even if you manage to find one, queens caught this late won't lay eggs. They'll hibernate and start next year.
