Lasius Neoniger Care

Does anyone have any tips on keeping Lasius Neoniger, like food and personality.

I keep them. Other than the fact that the queens wont lay eggs until after hibernation, they are also very fast. or at least the workers are. Very active and interesting. Each colony is different as far as tastes in food.

I feel ya. one I found at my church and the other on a walk near my house. All were within boise/meridian/ garden city area. less common than Tetramorium, but they can be found. Once I even found a Camponotus!!!... but I lost it somewhere between the sidewalk and my room... hopefully not in my room

I found them in Pennsylvania, I heard they aren't too common here.
