I have a young camponotous americus colony with only seven workers, this is my first colony and at this stage I am wondering what and how often i should feed them. I gave them a cricket leg wwhich they accepted and some honey in the outworld, aswell as some cracker crumbs, but they dont seem to be accepting them, can anyone help? :?: :?:

Stick to diluted honey or sugar water for sugar, and feeder insects like the cricket leg for protein. This is a good diet, but consider also switching up their protein a bit by providing them with some other insects as well, like fruit flies.

No. not solely. You may supplement some fish food, but their protein should mainly consist of insects.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
