I need any advise on which method to use to introduce a lasius laptis queen to some workers. I have done some research and am familiar on the methods. Any experience or advise is greatly appreciated. :D

My one hitherto successful queen chose a host sample of slightly older Lasius cf. nearcticus, but she had to kill almost a third of them before the sample accepted her. She did not lay eggs until the spring.

Don't get me wrong-- the callow method probably works great too, but the one success I had was with a naturalistic introduction.

Do you think offering her one worker at a time so they don't over power her might work too? Then introducing her in an out-world set up after shes covered herself in the "scent" I might try the callow.... still thinking it over :D
