Pogonomyrmex barbatus help !!!!!

One of my pogonomyrmex barbatus queen isn't doing to well . Only has a couple of small larva and the other has almost workers and I caught them at the same time . Was wondering if there is a way for me to give the queen that's not doing to well a worker or 2 . I tried once and had to separate them . Mabe I should refrigerate both for a couple of minutes ?

You can't give the other queen a worker. You could give her some brood though. It's called brood boosting. You can look up how to do it.
