Multiple queens? M. Pharaonic.

Multiple queens? M. Pharaonic.
I just found and caught four queens of what appears to be M. Pharaonic from under a empty water bucket, all together at the moment. Three of them are slightly smaller, while the fourth has a noticeably larger and swollen gaster. They are in all together at the moment, and getting along. Should I separate them or keep them together? I have a fifth M. Pharaonic queen already, caught two weeks ago and now with a brood of eggs. I'm not sure what to do, any suggestions would be helpful.

M. Pharaonis, my computer auto-corrected it to pharaonic.

I would do an ID request.
