I know rubbing alcohol can be used with baby powder so I assume that it won't harm the ants?
But what other things can be used?
Anything natural? I seen Lysol Wipes used to clean AROUND enclosures, but think that might be toxic or extremely Annoying to the ants sense of smell.
Chlorhexidine Gluconate is often used to clean Dubai Roach enclosures. I am starting to gather items needed to house them, feed them and to clean their tub/container (Chlorhexidine Gluconate), if safe for Dubia and Lizards with wounds, would this be a safe method for cleaning an outworld?
What do some of you use?

I think hot water and elbow grease is the guaranteed safest, if not the best, method and for cleaning anything. You might also want to use some vinegar to eradicate the pheromone trails.

Alcohol is just used to spread the baby powder easily and evaporates very fast so it dries quickly
Let us remember that even though ants are wonderful creatures, even more magnificent is their creator 😌

Vinegar or maybe even lemon juice are probably good I would imagine (not there yet myself). Otherwise, like orangeant said, how water is definitely safe.
