Temperature Question...
I currently own a Camponotus colony with a queen and 4 workers. I keep them in my closet where they receive sunlight from the windows. I also closed off the A/C in that room. However, during the day it gets really hot in that room, I start sweating and was wondering is it too hot? What temperature is best for ant care?
Re: Temperature Question...
22-26°C should be fine. Anything above 28°C is not so good unless your ants are from a really hot environment (Solenopsis invicta thrives at 30°C but then they are a tropical species).
