Is this too much mold, should I move my colony? Or is this just fine and nothing to worry about.

Its safe for now its where they have been using the bathroom it will mold naturally you dont have to move them till the cotton where the water is gets a blanket of mold. I had a camponotus Pennsylvanicus queen in a test tube and the outside of the cotton had a blanket of mold just make sure the cotton dosent get alot of mold on it. It could go about another 2 or 3 weeks till it gets a unsafe amount of mold
