Camponotus life cycle

How long does it take for a Camponotus Pennsylvanicus to go from egg to worker? I read it takes 3 weeks for each stage of growth but im not sure if thats true or not

About two months on average. It varies though.
Might go faster after you stop getting nanitics, and get normal workers.
