Ok, so I have an Odontomachus alate that seems to be mated, she eats and wanders around and basically just does normal queen stuff.
I'm wondering, from people with experience with these ants, what care tips do you have? She hates test tubes , so she has a container filled with sand.

I was wondering stuff like which substrate is preferred, and food, temp and humidity, etc.
