what to do when first worker arrives

So today i checked up on my Brachymyrmex and observed a worker! I was very exited, but my mom was grossed out, so i looked at it closer with my phones cam. then i wondered the next:
1. Will the worker be abble to escpae through the cotton ball?
2. What should i do with my first worker now?
3. When should i feed them?
4. When to introduce to an outworld?

1. No it won't escape through the cotton.
2.nothing really, just let them continue their thing.
3.a bit of honey or a cricket leg on a piece of paper. Slip it inside the tube.
4. Introduce at about 20-50 workers, don't worry they are fine where they are.

And could we have some photos.
