Queens I gave to 2 friends already have eggs! Mines still don't :(

Hello all

In October I caught a few queen ants, most of them messor barbarus, I distributed them all around:
Some in my house, some in my grandmother house and gave some friends a couple of queen ants too for fun and a little research.
They all started to put eggs around February.

This guy is keeping the ant in the hallway and has little ones already! (end of March)
He tells the place is mostly fresh because of the air current he makes with the door and window open.



My cousin kept them in a glass near the water counter where it's cold and a little humid.
He tells me he already has little ones too!

When I went to my grandmother house I brought over to my place this one because she has big larva already, soon to hatch.
She kept them inside a wardrobe, where it's not cold or hot and has regular humidity I would say.
Here is that Queen, now in my house.


While I keep mines in my office room where it seems to be warmer and less humid than all those other places, and my queen ants brood still haven't evolved much, they look like big eggs now but not yet with the larva shape.

So here I thought harverster ants would prefer a more dry and warm place, but they seem to develop faster in the other climate (at least nanitics). What you guys think?

Don't give up! Their is a chance that she is infertile, but the eggs just could be late boomers!

Aww drat, I want to mean nanitics at title, not eggs.
They already have born ants, while all my queen ants have only brood.
I know they will be late boomers, but was wondering if it was because the conditions I provided them?

Thanks, just as I suspected, it says:
"Can be kept at room temperature, but they prefer higher temperatures, around 25 – 30 degrees Celcius"
That's why I thought I had the better conditions for them.
