Damaged Queens

Nuptial flights have been happening in my area and have collected a few queens. Some of them have Missing limbs(found them like that).One has no legs, so was wondering can the still start a colony like this?

Probably not because queens need to be able to take care of their self during the founding stage.

Yeah i was pretty sad to see some of them in that kind of condition.
