I have a camponotous pencylvannicus queen and i am trying to move move her into a new test tube, it has been a week and she refuses. She has eggs and 1 worker, i found her in a pile of dirt from my garden box, i assume she had an established colony but i was only able to find one worker.

How are you moving her?
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
