Queen laying many eggs

My Solenopsis Sp queen i caught 3 days ago already layed about 5 - 8 eggs. Does that mean she is fertile?

Let's not confuse fertility with the queen's mated status. Those are two different things, and there is no proof that infertility is behind the failure some of our queens have to start.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.

If she cares for her eggs chances that she's fertile are high.
