The spices i keep is myrmica and how do you feed her during founding stage

Feed her small, dead insects like fruit flies(Drosphilia melanogaster). These are easily accessible at pet stores.

Whenever you see her wandering around outside the nest would likely be a good time to feed her. She probably had brood she was already caring for, so she might be a little slow to start over again.

And if you cannot get fruitflies can you were them dead ants?

Ants are not a great food source. You'd be better off finding some native insect species to raise as food. If you left the food for Drosophila flies somewhere with shade, you could probably attract a winged variety, or whatever your local equivalent is.
