I have a prenolepis imparis queen on a shelf in my closet, there is a cloth overtop of the test tube but the underside is exposed. I have to go into my closet to pick out my clothes daily. Is this disturbing her?

if you want to do laboratory grade studies on her it probably interferes, if you just want to keep ants she'll probably be fine
