solenopsis invicta queens eggs not growing

about 2 weeks ago i caught a few solenopsis invicta queens and they layed eggs in the tube. 2 weeks later the eggs are about the same size and a queen died... are they fertile?

Probably the eggs won't hatch without care and also without a queen a colony can not be sustained

Infertile Eggs laid, too will develop; though into Drones / Alates instead.

i mean one of the queens died that i caught but she did not lay eggs
