Weird solenopsis invicta queen behavior

i just got a new solenopsis invicta queen with other workers in dirt and they are ignoring her and she is just trying to hide under some clumps, is this normal?

There is a possibility that you picked up workers and Queen from seperate colonies? I'm not sure. Maybe she is ill and they don't want to go near her.

she was right in the hole when i digged up the colony but i just put them back and they seems to be doing fine
