Fusing Pheidole Megacephala

I have just acquired a new colony of about 120 strong Pheidole Megacephala ants with 1 queen and a large pile of brood. I also have a single queen who I caught during a colony move along with 2 workers and a major. However the major and workers died out and I know don't know what to do with her. Should I attempt of fuse her with my other colony or just keep her separate. If I do these things how would I go about this. Could anyone help me out please?
