How should i get my colonie out of the outworld for hybernation? Should i just let the workers in there and reunite them the next summer?

You just gotta wait for the right opportunity when all the workers are in the nest and quickly remove the outworld. Also, as the temperature goes down, the ants will automatically venture less and stay in the nest so it will be easier remove them.
But dont do what you said later in the post because then the workers left in the outworld will just die without a colony
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony

Thank you. I will just wait for a lucky moment and collect the rest of the workers and reunite then with the colonie.

If it is a timid species, you might be able to scare them back and then nest with a stick. But don't do it if they're aggressive; that will make them swarm.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
