What do I feed Pheidole Parva?

Hello everyone,
I have a small colony of Pheidole Parva ants and they have 1 queen, 6-7 workers, and a small brood pile or larvae. I put a very small piece of jelly but I don't see them eat. The jelly will get smaller but I am not sure if they eat but I cannot see their abdomen get any bigger. Is this a feature of Pheidole Parva ants or are they just not eating? If so, can somebody tell me what they eat? Thanks!

They can eat almost anything but you wont see their gasters get too big just yet. Just keep feeding them food once every week and they will grow
