Myrmica Species(semi claustral)

One of the queen ants I recently caught is ignoring the protein I give her. She is of the genus Myrmica, I don’t know her exact species but I know she’s definitely semi claustral. I gave her a meal a little bit early at around 4 days after being caught, she did end up drinking the honey, but ignored the mealworm I had given to her. The meal worm was euthanized(cut in half) before I had given it to her. Now there is a chance she had eaten it later as I put her back in the closet where I am keeping her for a while, but when I came back she was still out of her test tube and the mealworm didn’t seem to have been touched. She might just be stressed and not readily accepting the test tube as a place for her to start her colony, but I still have no clue how to fix it if that’s the case.

If anyone has any tips on what I can do here I am very happy and open for ideas 😁
