My Crematogaster Queen

So, I have a question about my Crematogaster Sp. queen. I caught her last fall, hibernated her, took her out of hibernation in early February, and she laid her first eggs a few days later. I have checked on her twice a week since then. My question is why would her brood take over two months to gestate from egg to pupae when it's only supposed to take around a month, maybe 1.5 months tops? Is there something I was doing wrong? Her first eggs were laid around February 11th (that's when I first saw them) and her first pupae was seen today (April 16th). I have some timeline pictures below:

Are you heating her? Normally the first generation of workers take longer to develop.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.

You are lucky to even have a colony. Mine died for no reason at all. Crematogaster too. But my first ants don't take that long to develop. Good luck with your ants!
I have found more queens!
-Polyrhachis laevissima (left only queen)
-Pheidole parva (TOO MUCH)
-Iridomyrmex Anceps
-Polyrhachis dives
Hope to catch camponotus soon...
