Acropyga Keeping

I found 5 acropyga queens, and I put them all in one test tube because one of the queens lost her mealy bug. I put in a plant in the test tube. Does anyone know exactly how to keep them? Because I only have google.

all my queens died :(
got a sugar ant colony started :)

I think you keep them in a naturalistic setup, a test tube won't work.
