Ant Sleeping? ASAP!!!!!!!!

I have a queen ant with her eggs and I want her to go to sleep since she's getting stressed out about abit of cotton going over her eggs can I put in her in a fridge so she doesn't panic when I fix up the problem. I wanna take quick action before she gets stressed out she will eat the eggs.

Hi,
Putting her in a fridge for more than 20 minutes will kill her for definate. She needs to be in the dark and quiet, no disturbance. Cotton plucking is normal, she is just trying to make a nest.
